JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management Finance and Business Management ("AWM F&BM") has a new opening for a Financial Manager. This position will report directly to the head of planning & analysis for Asset Management technology and will support the Asset Management technology team. Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Technology Finance is an integral part of a larger Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization that supports the CIO and respective organization within the AWM Line of Business (LOB) at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

As a member of the Financial Analysis team, you will influence outcomes for the business and challenge performance. You will be accountable for core financial discipline, organizational health and location strategy.

Job responsibilities:

  • Analyze financials to understand business drivers and identify opportunities to improve
  • Analyze and/or produce various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial and management reporting deliverables; creation and dissemination of ad-hoc reports as directed by senior management
  • Navigate, interpret and analyze data sets and prepare insightful presentations for business reviews and senior management meetings
  • Execute analytical ad-hoc requests and support various stakeholders
  • Lead internal reviews and assessments across the organization to determine business and financial choices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while making data-driven decisions and recommendations to the business
  • Collaborate with functional partners including Business Management, Global Technology, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working experience in financial management / accounting environment with previous experience supporting Technology organizations
  • Experience in strategic planning, issue resolution and negotiation and skills in oral and written communication, and presenting to senior level management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Essbase, SAP, Tableau, Alteryx preferred

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and management
  • Able to handle complex initiatives in a global environment
