The Financial Advisor Development Track (FADT) is a two-year Early Career Program for recent college graduates sitting in the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) Line of Business in CCB. FADT Analysts obtain FINRA licenses, gain investment knowledge, and enhance their client service skills through a progression of phone-based roles in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's Client Service Center. The program's objective is to accelerate participants' development on a path to become Financial Advisors in the Remote Advice Channel, National Branch. Participants follow a 2 year learning journey, including coaching, mentorship, and other high-impact experiences preparing them for a future career in financial advice.

As a Program Manager within the Financial Advisor Development Track team, you will partner with key stakeholders such as Early Career Recruiting, Human Resource Business Partners, CCB Talent team, and JPMWM leadership to execute on program deliverables. Program Management responsibilities are critical to the success of the Program. This opportunity plays a variety of roles within the Program including supporting Full-Time and Summer FADTs, developing and managing key business relationships, and managing the tactical execution of program deliverables. The role has high visibility with Executives and internal partners across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. To be successful, you will support key business relationships, serves as a coach and mentor for FADT Analysts, and executes key components of the Program's strategy. This role provides an excellent opportunity for end-to-end execution, partnership, and development. Occasional travel required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute on FADT core program processes including but not limited to: onboarding, learning journey planning and execution, mentorship structures, budget management, communications, performance, end of program mobility, etc.
  • Strengthen relationships and provide program participants, Business Executives, Human Resource Business Partners, and local management teams with ongoing program updates and support
  • Consult with FADT line managers and mentors to effectively coach aligned FADTs on their continued development, driving program retention and development for both current participants and alumni
  • Work with key stakeholders to refine and execute recruiting strategies, training and development strategies, Line Of Business engagement, performance management & compensation, and other key program strategies and decisions, seeking feedback and successfully managing ongoing change
  • Project manage and continue to enhance the FADT learning journey and scheduled development activities, partnering closely with the Senior Program Manager and/or Program Lead
  • Drive the analysis and distribution of key Program metrics and support partnership structures with Business leadership and partners (Executive Advisory Council and partnering Program Champions)
  • Partner closely with campus recruiting on the intern process/experience and final outcome for full-time program candidacy and collaborate with other Early Career Programs to ensure alignment on Program strategies, processes, and experiences where applicable

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2 years' experience in Program Management, HR Business Partner, Recruiting, or Talent Development. Previous experience in financial advice would be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, strategic client relationships at all levels and successfully multitask across initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Able to manage time effectively, execute, and escalate appropriately with demonstrated project and process management skills
  • Demonstrated results and experience with providing feedback, coaching, and development planning
  • Acute attention to detail, follow-through and solution-orientation with high degree of initiative
  • Honed consultative, conflict resolution, executive presence, execution, and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of or previous experience with FINRA licensure, financial advice, or wealth management industry
  • Event management skills and experience
  • Coachability and growth mindset with ability to drive results with fortitude and grit
  • Talent development, higher education, or campus recruiting background
