Join our Firmwide Finance Business Architecture (FFBA) team as a Vice President, where you will drive innovation in Tax Data and Technology automation for VAT processes. Be part of a dynamic team that values your expertise and offers opportunities for career growth.

As a Vice President in the Firmwide Business Architecture (FFBA) Tax team, you will collaborate with Project Management, Corporate Tax, Financial Control, and Technology teams to deliver strategic automation solutions for VAT processes. Your role will focus on leading projects, managing product portfolios, and overseeing global operating models.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Ubiquity, partnering with Corporate Tax to automate VAT processes across various billing systems.
  • Define the program roadmap for the Indirect Tax Project Portfolio and manage the JIRA Align process.
  • Develop and maintain global BAU and Change Management operating models, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Create and maintain Data Requirements Documents to ensure data is fit for Tax consumption.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, and risks.
  • Schedule and coordinate new data models in strategic cloud architecture.
  • Lead a small team of offshore resources and provide leadership across the FFBA Tax team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Extensive experience of program or project management with the expertise in Finance or Data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in preparing high-quality presentation materials.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Understanding of Finance/Accounting processes within Banking.
  • Experience with Agile project methodology.
  • Ability to lead across departments and geographies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Visio, and SharePoint.
