As a leading institution in Public Sector deposits and loans, you'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying business risks and partnering with senior leaders to promote strategic dialogue. This high-profile role involves advising senior management and coordinating resources to meet strategic objectives.
As a Business Management Vice President within the Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization, you will play a key role in supporting our Government business. You will partner with the business management team and senior leaders in the Government organization, bringing a strong understanding of sales and financial operations. Your ability to promote strategic dialogue across the organization, inform decision-making, proactively solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment will be crucial in support of strategic and tactical initiatives. This high-profile position will require you to assist and advise senior management, as well as coordinate the deployment of the bank's corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Support and partner with the Government Business Head and Government Banking Team to help drive business agenda and priorities; create business plans and strategic roadmap
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Finance and Analytics teams, to assess business performance, define drivers of outcomes, identify areas of opportunity, and develop execution plans to drive change
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights that help optimize business performance with a focus on profitability, expense management and operating efficiency
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions
- Executes portfolio management, segmentation, planning and growth efforts using CRM and other sales enablement tools and processes
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills
- Strong analytic, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with ability to navigate senior audiences
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to execute strategic agenda and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Demonstrated acumen and comfort navigating multiple, large data sets to surface insights and translate to actionable strategies
- Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Bachelor's degree required
- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences and adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus and implement change. Able to outline work process in a thoughtful and detailed manner. Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
- Able to design, implement, and manage multiple projects related to the success of the VCRT business model. Understands the business drivers and ensures projects are aligned to the long-term growth targets.
- Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate directly with MMBSI leadership, executives, and bankers. Must be able to lead a small team and influence colleagues at all levels in the business. Able to collaborate with peer team members across business and staff areas to achieve goals without direct control over all resources
Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business management, or general management; Financial Services experience
- MBA preferred
- Familiarity with JPMC CRM, dashboard, and data systems is a plus
