Morgan Private Client is growing amid the launch of its new offering focusing on affluent families, individuals, and their businesses - and creating a continuum between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of this new team, you will participate in establishing a new business for J.P. Morgan Chase.
As Field Leadership Optimization lead for J.P. Morgan Private Client, you will be responsible for optimizing Regional Managing Director effectiveness. This role covers skill development (i.e., train-the-trainer), sales practice management and deployment of tools, such as programming and reporting, required to help optimize field performance. In addition, you will prepare Relationship Managing Directors with all necessary resources to deploy sales campaigns, drive strategic initiatives, conduct field business development engagements, and address customary sales-related needs.

As Field Leadership Optimization lead you will influence and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels. Strong knowledge of business drivers, excellent communication and execution skills, and experience in sales are essential. The ability to adapt and remain flexible in a constantly evolving business are key attributes for success. You must be detail-oriented and skilled at managing in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Identify, measure, and track the skills, behaviors, and practices required for field leadership effectiveness in a sales organization
- Provide Field Leaders with guidance and support for regional-level project execution, marketing campaigns, performance reporting, etc.
- Coordinate regional communications to include timely product and technology rollouts, business development initiatives, training/development launches, etc.
- Manage always-on product and sales resources
- Work with Field Leaders to help deploy effective recruiting, training and development strategies resulting in exceptional client outcomes and consistent business growth
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- At least 10 years in directly relevant fields (i.e., financial services and/or sales) experience with a strong consultative background
- Able to design and operationalize business strategies that can be tracked, measured and that adhere to all applicable controls
- Exceptional communication skills, effective in presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of influencing multiple stakeholders
- Proactive; takes initiative to identify solutions; executes with a sense of urgency
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization
- Intellectually curious, client first mindset, team-oriented, and high energy level with passion for driving quantifiable business results
- Experience anticipating and proactively addressing senior management concerns
