As a Fee Billing Operations Analyst in the International Private Bank Fees and Billing team, you will support our function that consistently strives to meet increasingly complex client and industry demands. Job Responsibilities:
As Operations Team Leader in Fees and Billing Team you will be primarily responsible for:
- Ensure accurate and timely fees are charged to IPB clients.
- Perform fee set-ups, closures, calculations, and billing.
- Implement multiple controls to ensure correct fees are charged to clients.
- Maintaining fee documents and procedures
- Producing MIS and trend analysis
- Coordinate changes for any client documentation.
- Address Front Office queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in testing efforts during projects and discussions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 1 years of experience in fees and billing, or a solid understanding of fees and billing mechanisms
- Proven experience in query and stakeholder management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft tools
