As a seasoned Vice President, you will play a driving role in the development and execution of critical Global CIB Expense Management priorities. You will manage projects that drive global consistency across all LOBs and countries, ensuring regional requirements are met. Your role involves building relationships, influencing decisions, and providing guidance on Expense Management topics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of Heritage Commercial Bank into broader CIB systems and procedures.
  • Drive the growth and impact of Expense Management responsibilities, including Travel & Entertainment, Gifts & Business Hospitality, and more.
  • Ensure global consistency while managing regional or LOB requirements.
  • Partner with team Co-Leads to manage topics requiring senior-level judgment.
  • Build relationships with staff at all levels and provide guidance on Expense Management topics.
  • Act as an advocate for the business and promote CIB policies.
  • Provide support to offshore facilitators and assist with key milestones.
  • Serve as an onshore Subject Matter Expert, ensuring partnership, controls, and efficiencies.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Strong leadership and role model qualities with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions and provide clear messaging across organizational levels.
  • Fast and flexible learner with the ability to grasp complex policies and nuances.
  • Control orientation with a focus on enforcing a dynamic control/compliance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convey data insights compellingly.
  • Highly adaptive to integrating and using new technologies.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive results independently.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Experience with Travel & Entertainment expense policies and Concur.
  • Experience with Ariba or other invoice submission applications.
  • Proven leadership potential with a track record of influencing and motivating teams.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
