Job Summary:
As an Executive Support and Business Analyst in the Corporate Centers, Philippines, you will work closely with the head of the Corporate Centers, providing executive support and contributing to strategic business analysis and project delivery. You will manage critical projects, coordinate with various teams, and build your skills in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the calendar of the head of the Corporate Centers, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and organize travel.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials for key meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for key events and executive visits.
- Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Process invoices and expense claims, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Project Management and Strategic Initiatives:
- Support planning and execution of key projects, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and update Excel or PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to inform decisions.
- Develop and deploy reports and reporting tools.
- Manage internal communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or executive support, preferably in financial services.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
- Ability to lead and influence without positional authority.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop client relationships remotely.
- Exceptional communication skills and high level of discretion.
