As an Executive Dining Waitstaff in the JPMorgan Amenity Service team, you will be responsible for providing high-end restaurant white glove service in a corporate setting. You will serve as a liaison between our clients and the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Your role will involve serving guests for breaks, à la carte, and buffet settings, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness in the dining area. You will also be expected to learn the menu, take accurate orders, and work cohesively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our clients.

Job Description

We are seeking a professional Executive Dining Waitstaff to join JPMorgan Amenity Service team. The ideal candidate will work alongside diverse, talented, and innovative food and beverage professionals to provide exceptional white glove service. Responsibilities include serving guests for breaks, à la carte, and buffet settings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. The Waitstaff will maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in the dining area. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties of busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering items to clients, cleaning of food and beverage prep areas, and creating better efficiency.
  • Learn the menu and explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using Point-Of-Sale system and communicate order details to the kitchen staff as needed.
  • Format service stations and pantry areas.
  • Serve clients hot and cold beverages safely as requested.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Replenish beverage station with bottled water, sodas, and iced tea, etc.
  • Manage time and work cohesively with other team members.
  • Execute additional assignments as assigned and maintain all sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines.
  • Fulfil corporate requirements such as Code of Conduct, Privacy Awareness, and Performance Management Requirements, etc.

Required Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in fine dining and catering operations is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills are a must,
  • Ability to carry trays that weigh 40 pounds
  • Open to working a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Have a good understanding Flexibility and knowledge about serving Executive Dining Rooms, Catering functions (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and Executive Pantries.
  • Having an understanding of Point-Of-Sale Systems
