Executive Administrative Assistant - Deposit & Debit Product

The Deposit and Debit Product teams within Consumer Bank are responsible for driving product strategy and innovation for the largest depository institution in the United States. Given the scale and criticality of this role to the success of the overall Firm, the team seeks top-talent and is product of its people-centric culture that prioritizes diversity, recognition, career development, engagement, community and wellness.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant you will be highly organized/detail-oriented, proactive/focused, with strong problem solving and the ability to navigate a complex organization. You must communicate concisely/effectively, collaborate inclusively within/across teams, and act as a culture carrier/ You must have a positive, can-do attitude that desire to grow, develop, and be challenged as you will be included as a key member of the teams you support. This role includes engagement with executive leaders and their teams across the Consumer and Community Bank and building strong relationships will be critical.

Job responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain complex and detailed calendars with keen attention to detail
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings, including catering, technology, and logistics
  • Schedule and coordinate travel; process invoices and T&E(Travel and Entertainment) expense claims in accordance with associated policies
  • Organize logistics, presentation materials, and follow-ups for staff meetings, all hands, and town halls; lead/coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested
  • Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance any issues or delays
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding, including requesting equipment setup and system access
  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistant team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Focused, proactive, independent execution with strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Strong sense of accountability with ability to multi-task in supporting the varied priorities of multiple senior leaders
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills who can build networks and partner across teams / organizations
  • Fully proficient in calendar management in Outlook; confident in developing presentations in PowerPoint and navigating Excel / other corporate tools
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges with a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
  • Passionate culture carrier with tenacity, customer obsession, integrity, discretion, and focused to "always doing the right thing"

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Administrative experience ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent)
  • Excellent technical capabilities and experience with JP Morgan Chase systems
  • Proven track record of working in highly matrixed organization and with senior-level stakeholders

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Monday - Friday) and will not support Hybrid options.
