As an Exchange Traded Funds Change Vice President in Digital and Platforms Services, you will manage change, both strategic and tactical to ensure this growing product is structured to succeed in a scalable way. You will partner with Operations, Product, Prod Development and Tech to define and deliver high impacting solutions to complex issues. You will be managing multiple projects on a global scale, across various processes, applications and regions.

Job responsibilities

  • Draft clear and definitive business requirements through dynamic collaboration
  • Ensure clarity of roles & responsibilities and agreed upon timelines for all projects
  • Capitalize on subject matter expertise, as well as knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.to challenge participants and ensure viable, controlled solutions are applied to both tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Hold stakeholders accountable and escalating issues timely
  • Provide status updates and executive reporting as required
  • Support implementation initiatives and troubleshooting issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years' experience in financial services
  • 5+ years' operational/project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and to take initiative

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced skills in excel, tableau and other digital tools
  • Experience with Exchange Traded Funds
  • Familiarity with operational audits
