As a Product Delivery Associate in the Regulatory and External Data Services Controllers Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of testing activities, ranging from functional to test automation, with a strong emphasis on data validation for reporting purposes. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test suites that rigorously evaluate the integrity of data transformations and reporting functionalities. Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product management, business analyst, and development resources throughout delivery of solutions
  • Collaborate closely with technology partners for Automation solutions implementation
  • Attend daily Scrum meetings / Agile ceremonies to fully integrate with Tech teams and testing requirements
  • Design, develop, and execute testing scenarios that provide coverage of business functions
  • Demonstrate ability to technically interpret and translate business transformation rules into SQL scripts for data validation, completeness, and accuracy testing.
  • Show experience and inherent curiosity in innovation, automation solutions, and process improvement
  • Demonstrate ability to work on a small team, drive initiatives, and be a self-starter

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance testing and hands on work experience using advanced SQL for data transformation/validation testing
  • 2+ years of work experience in Test Automation using programming language such as Java or Python
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodologies and use of Jira Framework
  • Good expertise in design and executing data transformation testing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data transformation source-to-target systems
  • Expertise in different testing types includes functional, integration and user acceptance testing. Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman, REST assured or similar tools
  • Experience implementing end-to-end automated tests, using build, version tools: IntelliJ/Eclipse, Jenkins/Jules, Maven, Bitbucket/Git
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional teams

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
