Join the Forecast Automation & Execution Team, to play a key role in supporting our varied stakeholders with timely forecast submissions, data retrievals and validations, and an improved user experience with Essbase cubes across Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Finance.

As an Essbase Analytics Solutions Vice President in Consumer and Community Bank Finance, you will be part of the CCB Finance Essbase team, playing a key role in ensuring timely forecast submissions through Essbase with the required data granularity and accuracy. You will critically review the current process and champion process automation where applicable to decommission cubes, retire manual activities and gain efficiencies.

  • Manage P&A stakeholders supporting monthly forecasts and budget cycles
  • Provide trong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide deliverables within prompt timeframes
  • Stay current with Essbase best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in cube management and automation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Tech partners to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Execute Excel reporting plugins such as Dodeca, SmartView, FluenceXL
  • Lead Project Management leveraging JIRA
  • Execute effective communication - mass, senior management, team
  • Support financial planning, budgeting and reporting efforts
  • Optimizing cube structures, dimensions, hierarchies, and calculations for improved performance and usability.
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within Essbase cubes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 8+ years of financial solutions architecture, business intelligence engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of Hyperion Essbase
  • Working knowledge of Excel reporting plugins such as Dodeca, SmartView, FluenceXL
  • Strong data analysis skills for interpreting and troubleshooting Essbase data
  • JIRA, Project Management
  • Communication - mass, senior management, team
  • Financial acumen around planning, budgeting and reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and macros for data manipulation
  • A willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Essbase and business analysis
  • Insights into cube solutions outside of Essbase that support multi-dimensional data models
