As an Associate in Equities Operations Transformation - Project Management, you will be responsible for program/project management, governance, and communication. You will manage complex workflows, build strong relationships across various groups, and influence teams to prioritize deliverables. You will also be expected to manage multiple metrics to identify and address issues or bottlenecks. This role requires a graduate with at least 10+ years of experience in back office operations or project management, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, excellent client focus, and strong time management skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Run Programs / Project -Strategic, Regulatory, Industry and CCP mandated, Business driven, Risk & Controls, Operational Efficiency
- Govern complex workflow including use of checklists tools (excel, jira) to govern actions and QA procedures as well as creation, communication and escalation of high level metrics to top of the org business level
- Build strong relationships with many disparate groups across the F&O/OTC stack and influence other teams to ensure deliverables are prioritized. Tenacious attitude that will not accept push back willingly and will escalate effectively if bottlenecks develop
- Manage multiple metrics to get clarity and focus on issues/bottlenecks
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Graduate with minimum 7 yrs of experience in back office operations / project management with experience in people management.
- Product knowledge in one or more of the following areas - Equities:Cash & Derivatives, Prime: Cash& Synthetics, Futures and Derivatives Clearing, Stock Borrow & Lending
- Process Knowledge - Trade Life Cycle, Settlement Functions, Clearing Function, Reconciliations, Reporting
- Comfortable and adept in using Office Tools like MS Office, Alteryx, Signavio, Tableau, Jira and programming tools like Python
- Analytical and detailed: strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Solid intellectual capacity for process improvements.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility; Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices
- Comfortable navigating a highly complex and multicultural environment that involves vendors and senior stakeholders
- Flexible attitude towards working hours due to the demands of the working place.
