Join the fast-paced and dynamic EMEA Private Bank Client Operations team to process KYC and open new accounts for International Private Bank clients.
The EMEA Client Operations team ensures adherence to regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements for the International Private Bank, covering both new and existing clients.
As a New Client Onboarding Analyst within Client Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office with the end-to-end new client onboarding process, processing account opening documentation and providing subject matter expertise on KYC / AML policies and procedures, cross border, suitability and tax requirements.
The role holder is expected to stay up-to-date with all regulatory changes and requirements for KYC, suitability and documentation in order to advise stakeholders.

Job responsibilities
- Process new account opening requests in a timely and efficient manner, with the highest standards of quality to ensure compliance to Bank policies and regulatory / legal requirements
- Review of legal, account opening and tax documentation to determine whether it meets regulatory and internal policies to open an account
- Partner with client-facing teams to ensure high quality and timely completion of all client due diligence
- Understand complex client structures and advising internal stakeholders of KYC / AML requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Prior financial services or KYC / AML background or relevant degree such as Law, Business, Accountancy
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively partner with internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Excellent organisation skills and attention-to-detail with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Self-motivated team-player with ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge and understanding of legal, company and tax documentation
- Client focus, anticipating client requirements to proactively deliver solutions
- The team also reviews documentation in German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. The ability to speak an additional language (B2-level and above) would be an advantage.
