Electronic Trading Product Portfolio Operations Director

As a Product Portfolio Operations Director in Electronic Trading Technology, you are an expert in creating cross-product synergies. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to innovate on cross product-line coordination, remove barriers to success, and create ways for teams to continuously innovate on solutions-focused products and product features.

Job responsibilities

  • Works across products and product lines to help ensure delivery against business objectives
  • Executes the strategy for reporting and communications to support our portfolio management operations and change initiatives
  • Oversees and coaches a team to best implement the strategy for adapting and executing the full product-line framework and ensures our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
  • Implements portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions
  • Prepares presentations and materials for stakeholder reviews, project team meetings, and leadership reviews
  • Manages partnerships with key stakeholders including, Business, Operations, and Technology partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives
  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to think strategically but acting tactically where necessary to deliver business value
  • Ability to work effectively and build solid relationships with teams across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to dive into details and synthetize information for executive communication
  • Advanced skills with the core MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft polished presentations, articulate key messages to senior management and stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Knowledge and understanding of Global Markets and market structure
  • Knowledge and understanding of Financial and Business Management
  • Familiarity with extracting manipulating and visualization of complex data sets - e.g. using Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik
