Electronic Client Solutions - Coverage - Associate

As a member of the Electronic Client Solutions team, you will work closely with our institutional and quantitative clients to provide electronic trading coverage and execution consultation while developing and strengthening franchise relationships. You will work closely with business partners across the firm to deliver a holistic and high-performing execution product.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client coverage for Americas Electronic Trading.
• Ongoing client execution monitoring and relationship management.
• Determine, measure, and track key performance benchmarks for client success (measurement vs benchmarks, latency or liquidity capture targets etc.).
• Strengthen client relationships through product and content delivery, exceptional execution service, and strategic alignment across execution channels.

• Maintain regular dialogue with key trading and decision-making personnel at client firms.
• Initiate and sponsor end to end projects partnering with product owners, sales, technology, and legal teams to provide tailored electronic solutions for clients.
• Be an integral member of the electronic coverage team, working together to provide a positive client and desk experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in Equities Electronic Trading, preferably covering quantitative and systematic clients.
• Strong understanding/experience in Equities algorithmic and automated execution products
• Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of seniorities and disciplines.
• Efficient at multi-tasking and working under pressure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of risk management constructs related to electronic trading.
• Ability to partner and interact productively with multiple parties: internal (sales, trading, technology, legal, compliance) and external (clients, vendors)
• Knowledge of US equity liquidity landscape, including alternative trading systems, exchange market micro-structure, algorithmic and direct market access trends offerings.
• 4-year college degree.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Prior technical experience working with data and analytics reporting platforms.
• High-level programing skills: Python, R etc.
• Working knowledge of prime brokerage and swaps trading.
• Series 7, 63, 55
