As an Early Careers Logistics Analyst in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will support all logistics, programming, and event planning for early careers activities. You are a highly-motivated individual who will be part of a team that likes a fast-paced, priority-driven environment that possess the desire to create great experiences for all stakeholders.
The CCB Early Careers team is fully accountable for the successful execution of the Chase Associate Program (CAP), Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP), and Financial Advisor Development Track (FADT) campus programs. Our commitment is to ensure robust rotational experiences, continuous coaching, and consistent professional development. Additionally, the Early Careers team supports various initiatives and programs aimed at fostering employee growth, providing support, and driving business success.

Job Responsibilities
- Create and update project plans to ensure all aspects of event logistics are covered; track against key deliverables while prepping, updating, informing, and escalating to their manager and the Program Management Team throughout the process
- Manage upfront logistics for live and virtual events; conference center relationships, hotel research and confirmation, swag recommendation, travel coordination, vendor management, run of show decks, book rooms / AV services, catering, answer ad-hoc questions, etc.
- Run post program management including expense management, vendor reimbursement, close out processes, create surveys, analysis of results, and report back to PMT
- Support the daily logistics of program deliverables through proactive communication with all stakeholders, monitoring program mailboxes, and triage as needed
- Craft impactful and creative emails, announcements, and newsletters for each of the programs
- Complete additional projects and/or tasks to ensure the team is able to deliver excellent results
- Travel is required three times per year
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Project and/or event management experience
- Able to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives while staying extremely organized
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately while being a positive contributor to the team
- Strong relationship management, interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to problem solve and work creatively in ambiguous, time sensitive environment while displaying high attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audience levels; ability to create executive level decks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Desire to work in Human Resources and Early Careers
- Experience with SharePoint and Confluence
- Building creative materials leveraging Canva or other software
