As a participant in the Drive The Future - Brazil Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience alongside your studies. This program is open to Brazil university students and no previous work experience is required. We are looking for proactive, creative, and self-initiated students who are eager to learn. Required Qualifications:
- Students of Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, International Relations or related courses
- Expecting to graduate in December 2026 or later
- Advanced English
- Availability to work in person at the São Paulo office
- Workload: 30 hours per week (6h/ day)

Support Functions:
- Banking Planning and Analysis: key finance function that provides relevant and timely analysis of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking financial performances.
- Business Control Management: the team is responsible for having a deep understanding of the business, its underlying processes and the controls environment. The intern will support the control agenda for the LatAm Banking team.
- Client Onboarding: the team prepares reports, develops metrics, runs controls and works on opportunities for automation to support Global Client Onboarding activities.
- Payments Operations: the intern will be responsible for operational processes and routines related to Cash Management products.
- Product Controller: the team ensures financial statements, balance sheet and month end closure procedures are accurate and provides inputs to regulatory reports.
- Trade & Working Capital - Supply Chain Finance: the team is responsible for enrolling new suppliers into Supply Chain Finance programs, working closely with Sales, Advisory, Product and Program Management teams.
Corporate sector:
- Compliance: the intern will support the Global Financial Crimes Compliance Brazil team by identifying and reporting suspicious transactions, as well as assisting with investigation management.
- Executive Assistant: the intern is going to support Administrative Assistants and business executives.
- Legal: the intern will assist the Legal Team with various activities undertaken by businesses within the Commercial & Investment Bank.
- Vendor Management: the team is responsible for overseeing infrastructure vendors and new services onboarding, maintaining relationships with existing providers, managing contracts and paying invoices.
