As a Dining Program Manager within our Amenity Services team, you will collaborate with vendor partners, amenity services leaders, and corporate teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences, ensuring seamless integration with the overall employee experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for a multi-concept food hall, including chef-driven and branded concepts.
- Oversee vendor operations and maintain branding standards.
- Implement KPIs to track vendor performance and ensure healthy dining standards.
- Drive digital dining innovation and conduct market reviews.
- Gather consumer insights and provide tailored menu guidance.
- Develop and manage budgets, partnering with finance for analysis.
- Ensure compliance with risk and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendor partners, amenity services leaders, and corporate teams.
- Serve as the relationship manager for all dining vendors and collaborate on new engagements.
- Communicate with senior management and staff on strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant food service experience.
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Business management and analytical skills.
- Experience in vendor team management and multi-unit operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to integrate various functional disciplines.
- Direct experience in food and beverage organizations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets within a complex financial structure.

- Experience in a financial institution environment.
- Long-term program strategy development.
- Project management expertise.
- Technology integration experience (e.g., digital tools, mobile ordering).
