As a Product Program & Delivery Manager in Digital & Design, you are an integral part of the team that works to advance Digital Payments objectives across the product lifecycle by driving towards key outcomes at every stage, establishing deep connectivity across partners and creating solutions for process and reporting.
Utilizing your deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, you guide the successful launch and management of products, create synergies across teams and ensure transparency. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Drives deep collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Partners across technology and design partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, program management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across multiple cross functional teams
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
