The Digital Documentation Services Operations teams at JPMorgan Chase are dedicated to supporting all JPM businesses in managing the client documentation and data life-cycle, from creation to digitization and distribution. Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on time, resolving exceptions and client inquiries efficiently.
  • Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and contribute to the Checker organization.
  • Quickly identify errors and provide constructive oral and written feedback to the maker.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on errors and develop strategies to improve accuracy.
  • Maintain a control mindset, staying alert to issues and risks that could impact processes or the organization.
  • Propose and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, as well as process improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrate excellent client focus and customer care practices, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Thorough understanding of legal language to interpret documents and assess their impact on the firm.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Client focus and customer care practices.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work during US hours.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in middle or back office operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes is preferred.
