The Digital Client Service Team is a critical part of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Executing a vision of superior client service is what we strive to achieve each day. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for various customer service activities as well as operational controls for an assigned portfolio of clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of service contact for each client across multiple services like user onboarding, account set ups, operational and regulatory controls, troubleshooting etc.

Operations e-Trading Associate

The e-Trading Middle office function in Investment Banking Operations involves onboarding of clients onto the various e-trading platforms of JP Morgan for Fixed Income products as well as providing support to Sales and Traders in the client issues resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client enablement process for America's region. Team based in Buenos Aires that provides support to New York headquarter and Latam branches.
  • Work with shared inbox to ensure all client emails are acknowledged and responded.
  • Ensuring accuracy on performing reconciliations.
  • Researching on any queries/ requests (trade fails/feed issues) sent by the Business Partners/Client/Tech.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Business partners/Clients as well as the people in the Client support groups.
  • Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.
  • Report generation & analysis.
  • Work on numerous projects and new platform and product roll-outs.
  • Partner with Technology, Product and Business to improve overall client experience through system digitization and improved service delivery model.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Economy / Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in back office/financial industry in a client interfacing role (internal & external) / Multinational Companies / Shared Service Centers.
  • Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications. Especially Advanced Excel.

  • Good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and proven problem-solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution.
