Job Description

The Marketing Analytics Senior Associate position is an opportunity for a hands-on data scientist to influence and improve marketing targeting, strategy, and measurement at JP Morgan Chase. The Private Label Data & Analytics team works to empower the Dealers and Consumers of our Automotive brand partners through data science and analytics. In this position you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of marketing analytics solutions through collaboration with major OEMs including Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, Rivian, and Subaru, as well as the Chase Auto Finance organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and delivery of data science-driven marketing solutions to empower Chase Auto Finance
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in our Private Label Automotive Finance business
  • Communicating analytical findings to senior leaders through data visualization and storytelling
  • Designing and delivering campaign performance evaluation solutions
  • Developing data-driven approaches to identifying campaign audiences
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps for business problems

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in an adjacent quantitative role.
  • Background in marketing analytics methods and practices e.g. experimentation, attribution, uplift modeling, and propensity modeling
  • Knowledge of a range of analytics languages and tools (e.g. Python, SQL, R, git) and data visualization solutions
  • Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis, causal inference, forecasting, and ML algorithms

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Masters or PhD in a quantitative or related discipline preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the automotive, financial services, or technology industry preferred but not required.
