DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop and execute a comprehensive data roadmap for teams. Ensure data roadmap aligns with organizational goals focusing on optimizing acquisition strategies within and across channels, including identifying growth opportunities, working with our testing center of excellence to conduct experiments, and delivering timely reads and recommendations. Analyze large datasets to derive insights and identify trends related to customer acquisition, behavior and profitability, in support of driving data-based decision making. Ensure robust tracking of key performance metrics. Monitor and report on the performance of acquisition channels. Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for improvements. Lead and manage a team of managers and analysts. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members supporting their analytical, communication, and leadership development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Statistics, Mathematics, or STEM related field of study plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or as Director/SVP/Sr. Manager/Vice President/Senior Analyst/Analyst of: Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Financial/Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Engineering (Any), Statistics, Mathematics, or STEM related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Director/SVP/Sr. Manager/Vice President/Senior Analyst/Analyst of: Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Financial/Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: data and analytics; financial product economics/analytics; analytical and financial modeling including building production-level analytics solutions; drivers of profitability, customer segmentation, and behavior analytics; marketing optimization modeling; building custom analytical solutions to drive business value; people management leading transformation efforts and managing teams; working and influencing decision-makers in a matrixed organization with stakeholders across multiple time zones; explaining technical matters to less technical colleagues; coaching junior team members; leading a team focused on data analytics. Requires five (5) years of experience with at least one of the following: SAS, SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, or ML Ops. Requires three (3) years of experience with the following: network optimization; using machine learning and AI applications to deliver analytics.
Job Location: 450 West 33rd St., New York, NY 10001. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $260,000 - $285,000 per year.
