As a Data Quality Transformation Associate, within the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Chief Data Office (CDO), you'll contribute significant business impact by transforming data quality operating models. In this role, you will collaborate with data experts to design processes that align data governance initiatives with strategic business goals. You will partner with colleagues across the Firm, utilizing industry best practices and cutting-edge technology to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose data supports the business's critical processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of data quality strategies and initiatives
- Contribute to the alignment of data quality goals with business objectives
- Support the design and implementation of data quality operating models and frameworks
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of data quality policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct data quality assessments and analyses to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on data quality metrics and findings for senior management
- Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and support data quality initiatives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to address data quality challenges
- Assist in the implementation of data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Assist in the implementation of controls to ensure data completeness, timeliness and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deliverables

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience assisting in the development and execution of data quality strategies and initiatives
- Understanding of data management principles, data quality tools, and technologies
- Proficient at designing and implementing strategies and frameworks within a large organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data quality and data governance
- Experience in designing & documenting enterprise policies, standards & procedures to deliver on regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of the Operational Risk & Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
- Experience in project coordination and support
