As a Data Management Lead at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Data & Analytics team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure data risk metrics align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements in monitoring, reporting, and presentation.
- Foster alignment and understanding of data risk metrics across LOB/CF and Regional CDO organizations.
- Partner with Data Risk Leads and Regional CDOs to support effective data governance.
- Utilize advanced communication skills to manage stakeholders and communicate organizational challenges to leadership.
- Develop operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to achieve product goals efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and data risk management, to analyze data and identify trends.
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and training for data risk activities, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and operational leadership, focusing on data risk and governance in dynamic environments.
- Expertise in a relevant data risk domain.
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle stages and agile methodologies, with the ability to guide teams and monitor agility metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Effective in guiding group discussions and decision-making processes across different domains.
- Manage to conduct end-user requirements analysis and communicate effectively with teams and thought leaders.
- Serve as a motivational and inspirational source, facilitating discussions, driving alternative approaches, and promoting transparency and trust in business development.
