Job Summary:
As a Data and Insights Project Manager within our Business Transformation organization, your day to day role will be focusing on supporting our growing Project management, Data Analytics and insights for the COS organization. You will have direct responsibility over the team development and maintenance of data automation tools, process re-engineering and accountability for the execution of data insights and analytics in a timely manner. This role is heavily invested as a support role in execution of the COS Transformation and Product Execution agenda and will continue to evolve as business needs grow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior COS Leadership to lead the charge for project management tasks supporting data and analytics.
- Manage the current suite of data tools, such as Alteryx and Tableau for data visualization and output.
- Support Controls and Governance around data and data hygiene and partnership with Control teams to ensure audit-readiness.
- Develop complex Alteryx flows and Cliq dashboards
- Inspiring a culture of innovation and execution of ideas around technology and data
- Review of large-scale initiatives and placement for future-state strategy of current tactical solutions
- Understand financial needs of data insights and grow the business
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of people management experience in a data-driven environment, project management discipline, and capability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Background in digital tool like Alteryx with at least five years' experience
- Demonstrated, consistent executive presence with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs in the COS organization
- Relentless and versatile learner with an aptitude for assimilating new industry, company, product or technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and know when to escalate complex and unusual issues
- Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience digital tools like SharePoint & Tableau
