As a Product Manager, within our Data Governance Product Team, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results with our technology partners in an agile framework
  • Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work to generate new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement, including increasing product adoption and improving user engagement
  • Manage change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment, articulating the current reporting landscape and vision for the future landscape to both end users and senior business audiences

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or data management and governance
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Prior experience with data management, data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data quality

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrix and complex organization

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
