As a Patient Billing Analyst within our healthcare solutions team, you will play a crucial role in transforming and configuring data to meet client needs. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless data integration and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand customer data submitted in flat file formats
  • Parse (transform) data into defined formats
  • Continuously assess and mitigate risks following consistent best practices
  • Deliver output that meets client business and technical requirements
  • Enter and maintain client roster information across multiple systems
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and contain production issues
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with colleagues across departments
  • Estimate the risks, feasibility, and work effort associated with change requests

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience working with importing/exporting of sensitive data
  • Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet delivery timelines across multiple projects
  • Adherence to workflow processes that minimize risk and follow best practices
  • Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • ETL experience
  • Scripting experience
