J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Finance and Business Management is seeking a talented individual to join the Dashboarding & Analytics team in Plano, TX. Reporting directly to the GPB Dashboarding & Analytics lead, this role supports AWM by providing insights through data and cutting-edge tools. As an Associate in the GPB Dashboarding & Analytics team within J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management Finance and Business Management ("AWM F&BM"), you will use advanced quantitative methods to add value to the firm. Your role will involve developing insights, building dashboards, automating processes, and driving better decision-making across the business. This position reports directly to the GPB Dashboarding & Analytics lead and supports AWM by providing insights through data and cutting-edge tools.

  • Assist in driving business outcomes and decisions through data, analytics, and optimization methods.
  • Assist in analytical ad-hoc requests and support various stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of insightful analysis and presentations.
  • Help to create wireframes and mock-ups for dashboards and analytical reporting.
  • Collaborate with functional partners including Business Management, Global Technology, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical partners including data engineering and finance teams to achieve business results and streamline existing data processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • An interest in quantitative analysis, data analytics, and corporate finance.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify patterns in large datasets, and translate data into recommendations.
  • General coding proficiency, preferably in scientific languages (Python, Alteryx, or SQL).
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
