As a Part Time Associate in the Global Custody Asset Servicing team, you will manage all corporate and income related events across all asset classes. Your responsibilities will include collections, announcement capture, corporate actions processing, income processing, proxy and controls, entitlement completion, and payment processing. You will also handle claims management. A key part of your role will be to ensure that client instructions are actioned promptly and all entitlements are processed within standard timeframes.

- Defines and analyses end-to-end business flows
- Promotes accountability, and ensure target deliverable dates are achievable by the global operations team
- Escalates risk issues
- Supports the management of multiple initiatives in varying stages simultaneously
- Works collaboratively with team members and cross functional groups

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
- Strong operational knowledge
- Ability to be an integral team member (planning support, documenting, and communicating)
- Ability to prioritize, drive results, and influence team members in a cross functional, diverse environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi task and deliver against tight deadlines
- Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience and strong working knowledge of various aspects of Asset Servicing operations
