As an Executive Director in the Currencies Emerging Markets Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in managing institutional accounts and driving market-making activities within your product range. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically address complex client requests and needs.
- Analyze and interpret market drivers, movements, and cross-asset implications at a high level.
- Resolve P&L reconciliation issues with a focus on strategic outcomes.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key developments and strategic decisions.
- Drive revenue generation while building and maintaining a strong client franchise.
- Execute trades with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and drivers.
- Uphold the firm's risk management policies and regulatory requirements, setting standards for the team.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in post-trade processes, enhancing internal controls.
- Mentor and develop team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FX trading or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Deep understanding of the fundamental and technical aspects of traded products and support area functions.
- Expertise in risk management strategies and a thorough understanding of market drivers.
- Ability to anticipate and explain complex market movements and trends.
- Strong execution orientation with a comprehensive understanding of the transaction cycle.
- Resilient under competitive pressures, with a strategic focus on client needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with senior business clients and management.
