.Job Responsibilities (To be limited to 11 points only)
- Adhere to established QUALITY & QUANTITY SLAs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
- Frequently follow up with Underwriters/Business Partners for missing documents or information.
- Liaise with other bank departments and external contacts, such as Borrowers and Trustees.
- Interpret data and analyze results using the bank's operating systems.
- Serve as the SME and first internal POC for all process-related queries and clarifications.
- Act as the first point of escalation for process-related issues from internal/external customers.
- Manage exceptions and one-off transactions, following escalation metrics as needed.
- Ensure attention to detail for accurate document processing.
- Identify changes to processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of a robust Knowledge Management model, including SOP maintenance and training.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or possess equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, Loan Operations, or Underwriting.
- Demonstrate ability to understand business financial statements, cash flow, and loans across industries.
- Exhibit strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.
- Build outstanding client management and leadership skills, handling multiple stakeholders.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Utilize strong MS Office and analytical skills
