In Risk Management, your work will have a direct impact supporting responsible business growth while helping identify, mitigate and manage risk. As a Credit Risk Analyst in Asset Based Lending you will be part of the firm's risk governance framework and a critical member of the risk management team. The Asset Based Lending team primarily provides working capital revolving lines of credit and fixed asset loans to corporate clients. Credit Risk Analysts on the Investment Bank Asset Based Lending team assists the team with portfolio management and analyzing new business transactions.
This role will support the Asset Based Lending Credit Team:
- Assist with portfolio management of ABL clients, monitor financial performance trends, borrowing base trends
- Perform due diligence for loans, derivatives, leases and cash management including: financial due diligence, financial and /or liquidity modeling, field exam review and analysis, appraisal and legal diligence
- Assist ABL credit with structuring and legal document negotiations
- Partner with Bankers, Commercial and Investment Bank Credit partners, Debt Capital Markets, Treasury Services, Leasing, Derivatives and Loan Operations
