As an Operations Team Manager in Card Lending Services (CLS), you will oversee the daily operations of a Business Lending team in a call center environment. Your role is crucial in reviewing the Ink Premier Business Card for credit decisions, ensuring proper adverse action reasons when necessary. You will develop strategies to enhance loan quality, provide feedback on trends, and recommend policy revisions to improve processes.

Job responsibilities:
• Provide direct and professional feedback to lenders on loan quality and production
• Conduct side-by-sides and decision reviews to assess decision quality

• Manage service levels, production, and quality standards by analyzing daily MIS and meeting targets
• Review reports to ensure team consistency
• Assist contingent employees in passing required lending authority panel tests

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Leadership experience
• Management experience
• Lending or call center experience
• Strong understanding of consumer/commercial lending and credit analysis
• Ability to provide coaching and talent development
• Ability to build strong partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a team member
