Job Summary:

As a Creative Marketing Associate within the J.P. Morgan Payments team, you will be responsible for leveraging your extensive design skills across multiple platforms including print, video, and digital publishing to create visually engaging content. Your main duties will encompass graphic design, where you will be tasked with creating high-quality, visually pleasing designs for various sales proposals, presentations, and support materials. We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy team member with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Your ability to meet strict deadlines will be crucial in our fast-paced environment, where effective teamwork and communication are key to success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for creating and executing high-quality visual concepts for sales and communication materials like videos, motion graphics, print and digital brochures, web pages, and online publications.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across all marketing and communication deliverables.
  • Identify and integrate visual elements such as illustrations, photography, and typography to create compelling communication pieces.
  • Create and produce multimedia sequences that effectively communicate sales messages, incorporating video editing to enhance engagement and impact.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers and Sales, to ensure materials meet project objectives and requirements.
  • Revise, edit, and proofread your work based on client feedback to ensure content is complete, high-quality, and adheres to company standards.
  • Build creative files to the proper specifications necessary for various media output
  • Lead and manage creative efforts across multiple projects, delivering innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by efficiently managing them from inception to completion, even under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Possess a degree or formal education in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or a related field.
  • Have at least 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on finance-related marketing projects.
  • Extensive understanding of graphic design, including typography rules, current design trends, and an excellent sense of color, space, and layout navigation.
  • Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Mastery of design softwares such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with video editing and special effects software like Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Experience in designing for digital platforms, with skills in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
  • Basic copywriting skill.
  • Basic knowledge of Figma or UI/UX design principles.
