As an Executive Director in JPMorgan's Corporate Interest Rate Sales team, you will be responsible for key corporate client relationships, including day-to-day execution of all rates products. You will need to be fluent in corporate finance drivers of interest rate risk as well as the mechanics and technical details of these products to effectively to work with large- and mid-cap clients spanning multiple sectors. In addition, you will bring a collaborative approach working with our partners in Trading, Research, Banking, Legal, Credit and colleagues across Corporate Derivatives Marketing (CDM) including Rates, FX, Commodities and Equity Derivatives sales to provide comprehensive coverage across the platform.

Job Responsibilities
- Model, structure, and market interest rate products to corporate clients
- Price and execute live interest rate swaps, options and cross-currency swaps
- Originate and lead negotiation of interest rate hedging opportunities, develop new hedging strategies often presenting to senior management at corporate clients
- Collaborate on analytical work and client presentation materials
- Work in partnership with existing interest rate, foreign exchange, equity derivative and commodities teams to navigate broader markets relationship and opportunities
- Global partnership with banking, trading, credit, structuring and other internal partners in executing strategies
- Support activities of colleagues, particularly junior team members, as part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience in Rates or Foreign Exchange sales
- 5+ years of experience working with corporate clients
- Strong knowledge of Global Markets including FX, fixed income and corporate debt markets
- Candidates must display a high degree of ethics and integrity
- Prior experience working collaboratively under pressure in a team-based environment
- Proficiency in Derivative Pricing, Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Derivatives and/or financing structuring experience
- Knowledge of hedge accounting concepts
