As an Associate in Credit Research, you would be expected to analyze corporate bond issuers under your coverage. Amongst other things, this involves thinking about trends in corporate earnings and cash flow, discussing the market implications of policy changes, investor behavior and supply-demand technical, writing research notes and sharing and expressing views to internal stakeholders and investor clients.

Job responsibilities
- Assume primary coverage responsibility of investment-grade and high-yield corporates in Asia
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Maintain investment recommendations and rationales across the coverage universe.
- Work with our partners in Sales, Trading, Syndicate and Capital Markets to provide comprehensive client coverage
- Frequently marketing and communicating views to external clients and internal sales and trading teams via published reports, webinars, client roadshows and conferences
- Contribute to various Global Credit Research initiatives, including publications, conference calls, webinars and participate in both inward and outward marketing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in research, investment banking or another analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in relevant coursework
- Strong grasp of financial analysis
- Good understanding of the Asia corporate
- Advanced level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work with a diverse team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Master's degree in relevant coursework or CFA designation
- A passion for markets
