HR Compensation & Benefits Finance, within Corporate Finance, supports global teams that manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams can ensure the company navigates all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
As a Stress Testing - Associate, within Corporate Finance, you will contribute to the execution of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review and Risk Appetite stress testing forecasts as they relate to our $30B portfolio of products. In addition to budgeting, forecasting, and stress testing the Benefits plans, you will analyze financials and benefit plan investment data to prepare reporting, while identifying opportunities to streamline and minimize cycle times through process improvement. You will work closely with central P&A teams, Controllers, Control Management, and Risk and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Documenting processes, driving automation, re-engineering of the operating model and enhancing the control environment are other key aspects of this role.

Job responsibilities:
- Execute stress forecasting calculations and submission deliverables for CCAR and Risk Appetite
- Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for senior management that summarize forecast results, plans and progress
- Provide timely and concise updates and escalate issues appropriately
- Enhance controls and improve risk environment, including producing, organizing and maintaining documentation
- Help process improvement and automations to increase operational efficiency
- Liaise with 3rd party and internal partners such as actuaries, investment managers, and risk managers to understand benefit-related investments and their impact to the firm's financials
- Perform various projects and ad-hoc analyses for senior Finance and HR leaders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Accounting/Controlling
- Strong Excel skills required with financial reporting (Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1)
- Experience with analytical reviews and problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Inquisitive, eager to learn, and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Track record of leading or supporting initiatives with challenging timelines
- Highly motivated and able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Team player with the ability to develop relationships as a trusted business partner
- Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with Master's degree and/or CPA preferred
- Automation technology (Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath) experience preferred
