Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Experience in financial services like cash management or digital payments is a plus. You'll work both in-office and remotely, engaging in virtual collaboration with global teams.

Job responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and relationship teams to understand their needs, then use preapproved slides or create new custom slides to tell a compelling story that strategically aligns our capabilities with client or prospect objectives.
- Develop a working knowledge of the J.P. Morgan Payments business and solutions to think strategically about each opportunity and presentation. Translate technical information into language that is easy for internal partners, clients, and prospects to understand.
- Gather content and information, consulting with subject matter experts to clarify details.
- Utilize brand resources and collaborate with teammates to create compelling, visually impactful presentations.
- Collaborate with peers across presentation and proposal teams to support presentation development efforts, share best practices, and increase team efficiency.
- Host discovery calls and manage multiple projects simultaneously, clearly communicating deadlines and responsibilities to drive on-time completion and distribution.
- Manage feedback from stakeholders and make meaningful updates to improve the quality and accuracy of presentations, obtaining required approvals.
- Follow the required quality control process to apply brand, editorial, and compliance guidelines.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in creating presentations or marketing materials
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including design and formatting
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams; web-based tools a plus
- Experience with marketing project management systems like Workfront or Salesforce is ideal
- Strong project management and storytelling skills
- Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is desired
- Knowledge of banking or payments industry is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical principles and ability to work outside normal hours when needed
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
