As a Team Lead within the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Controls India - Central Controls Services (CCS) Solutions in our Finance team, you will be tasked with defining, refining, and achieving set objectives for our firm. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a diverse range of controls across various programs within the control environment. You will be ensuring adherence to firm-wide standards and policies, as well as regulatory compliance across different programs. This role requires you to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to ensure all processes are monitored and reported promptly. Your ultimate goal is to ensure all control monitoring is completed with the highest data quality. Given that this is an Oversight & Control role, a strong control mindset is a prerequisite for any candidate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the global inventory of all user tools and intelligent solutions for CCS (CIB Central Controls Services) in the relevant firmwide systems/applications.
  • Develop new and update existing user tools and intelligent solutions, ensuring all approvals, documentation and evidence is collated and stored.
  • Strengthen controls over the management of solution execution, storage, development, and modification.
  • Maintain the book of work inventory.
  • Own all BAU workflows and verify utilisation of these, meeting all standards for data completeness, integrity, and maker/checker.
  • Conduct verification for all applicable tools and solutions, including checks for data completeness and monitoring workflow/user tool warnings and errors.
  • Participate in audit reviews to provide insights on workflow logic, data utilization, and implemented controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in Intelligent solutions, evidenced by certifications as an Alteryx Designer Core Certified and Tableau Data Analyst Certified.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of functioning effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives, and adapting to change.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills for managing and addressing stakeholder queries globally.
  • Skilled in multitasking, identifying high-priority deliverables, and executing tasks with excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Any bachelor's degree with 3+ years of financial services work experience.
  • UiPath Automation Developer Certified.
  • Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders where appropriate.
