Job responsibilities:
- Understand regulations, their applicability to PB and the operating context in terms of process, systems, data and people/teams.
- Contribute to maintaining a prioritized to-do list (backlog) for program comprising of enhancements, issue remediation, new regulation etc.
- Design solutions for your work items in collaboration with partner functions and oversee their implementation via system/process/other changes.
- Ensure quality communication (e.g. status updates), documentation (e.g. Issue/Action Plan closure materials) and governance (e.g. present to forums/committees).

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Awareness of Suitability regulations in Asia or EMEA will be a plus.
- Awareness of financial products from stocks, bonds to complex derivatives and alternatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or Masters/equivalent (MBA, CFA, FRM).
- Project Management/ organizational skills to complete deliveries in a timely manner.
- Basic programming and data-analytical skills (e.g. MS Excel, Tableau, Python)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, to communicate across seniority levels.
