Content Project Manager (Search Engine Optimization)-Vice President

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team at JP Morgan Chase is responsible for optimizing the company's digital content to improve its visibility and ranking on search engines. This includes conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and content production that drives organic traffic. Additionally, the team analyzes website performance and works with various departments to ensure that content aligns with SEO best practices and enhances the overall user experience.

As a Content Project Manager-Vice President in the Paid Media team, you will be expected to lead the production of SEO content in collaboration with SEO strategists, Line of Business legal, regulatory, risk, compliance and digital production stakeholders. You should have a proven track record in similar roles, demonstrating the ability to manage large scale content projects and deliver results in a fast paced environment. You will be a strategic thinker with expert proficiency in Adobe Workfront, a deep understanding of Agile project management, and the ability to effectively quantify and manage resource capacity throughout complex workflows. You will possess exceptional data analytics and reporting skills, coupled with strong leadership capabilities to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SEO content projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline in Adobe Workfront
  • Implement Agile practices to improve content production efficiency and adaptability
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Assess and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SEO content production related communications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Editors, Copywriters and SEO Strategists while ensuring clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on content and SEO.
  • Expert experience in Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to quantify and manage resource capacity throughout workflows.
  • Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing largescale content projects.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Background in digital marketing or SEO is highly desirable.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.
