The Commercial Banking Digital Marketing team is hiring a Sr. Associate to focus on Content Management Product book of work.

As a Content Management Product - Senior Associate on the Commercial Banking Digital Marketing team you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of content management product, ensuring they align with business goals, user needs, and digital content strategies. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the solutions meet functional requirements while driving improvements in content delivery, user experience, and personalization. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and the technical implementation, ensuring smooth content workflows and optimal customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owner to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the content product. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, creative, tech, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful delivery of content enhancements. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and tech, ensuring the requirements are clearly understood and progress updates are communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, content creators and technical teams to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for content product.
  • Analyze existing flows, business processes and user experience to identify areas of improvement and drive efficiency in content creation, management, and delivery.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and user stories are well-defined, refined, and ready for development.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure timely and effective execution of product development cycles. Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with developers, UX, and QA.
  • Deliver high-quality user experiences, ensuring the content supports design, accessibility, and personalization efforts.
  • Establish and manage content governance models, ensuring content usage aligns with regulatory, legal, and branding guidelines.
  • Utilize performance data and user feedback to inform product decisions and continually improve content functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Manage cross functional relationship with other Marketing and Sales product lines ensuring proper implementation and integration with other digital systems.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within digital marketing environments.
  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum) and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive innovative solutions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum) and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive innovative solutions.

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition
