As a Content Analytics Manager within the Data & Analytics team at JPMorgan Chase, you will have the opportunity to direct the book of work for other analysts and own hands-on, technical work. You will be part of a team that leverages industry-leading data science techniques and quantitative methods to convert data into meaningful insights that enable the firm to promote value and an outstanding customer experience. This role will be central in delivering insights to personalize messaging and optimize performance for our wealth management content across public, owned, and earned channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with key executives and decision makers to define an annual book of work that leverages descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive/prescriptive analytics approaches to measure and optimize the performance of wealth management digital content
- Develop and execute a testing strategy to determine the content content types and categories most likely to engage prospects at different points in the sales and marketing funnel
- Analyze website clickstream data to tease out the pattern of behaviors that lead to habituation in content engagement
- Guide team members to improve their analysis by testing new data, identifying false positive/negatives, or editing their storyline to be more impactful
- Develop a dashboard to measure the end-to-end performance of digital tactics from account application start thru completion and funding across different traffic sources
- Partner with content leads, journey owners and channel owners on a roadmap to onboard new capabilities that will enable optimization and scale of our content platform

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Have a demonstrated history of managing world class teams of high performing quantitative analysts and data scientists in the delivery of analytics and machine learning to improve marketing and sales outcomes
- 8+ years' of experience within the Data and Analytics space; possess a unique combination of technical skills, mathematical know-how, storytelling, and intuition in order that allow you to speak the languages of "art" and "science" to develop strong content strategies and tactics; are passionate about experimental design and know the best way to test targeting, messaging, and channel mix to improve marketing performance
- Dream of the day that 'Adobe Analytics' is a category on Jeopardy so you can impress your friends and family with your digital analytics expertise
- Understand the complexities of attribution and know how to navigate working with measurement strategies as well as standardized performance reporting to facilitate the prioritization of our digital investments
- Stay abreast of new applications in machine learning and AI but can recognize and apply the right technologies when the challenge you are solving is less complex
- Possess the programming skills needed for both the computational aspects of big data as well as working with statistical models, including demonstrable skills in Python and SQL scripting against enterprise database systems
- Have a strong presence, excellent presentation skills (both written and verbal), and low ego with the ability to deliver recommendations to multiple stakeholders and influence senior management (including those with 'math-a-phobia')
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previously worked in an insights function at a financial services firm or digital marketing agency
- Have experience with a wide variety of analytic platforms and tools for visualization and testing such as: Tableau, Power BI, Optimizely, Qubit, and Google Optimize
- Are trained in statistical principles including experimental design and analysis of variance, probability theory, and sampling theory; additional points if you have an advanced degree in Statistics or a related discipline
- Possess a deep understanding of how the wealth management market is evolving, the sources of competitive differentiation in the market, and how those could evolve
- Are a lifelong learner and hold a growth mindset; we welcome individuals who geek out on industry podcasts, stay abreast of cutting edge techniques, or participate in KDD and Kaggle competitions for "fun" and love to share what they are learning with the rest of the team
