The Client Reporting Product Manager will help lead the development of new reporting standards to be utilized across U.S. Wealth Management and the Global Private Bank, as part of a strategic platform build to enhance the client and advisor experience. You will leverage your skillset to transform how products are delivered and create a way for teams to continuously deliver value to customers. The Client Reporting Product Manager will support the definition of the product vision, goals and objectives, requirements, and prioritize delivery of items to maximize the business value of the initiative. The Product Manager will also support maintenance and integration of the legacy managed account reporting platforms.

The Connect Wealth Program is a prominent initiative that extends across multiple lines of business and functions. The goal of the Program is to transform the operating model for managed accounts and implement an intuitive technology platform designed to support complex managed strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end product delivery journey activities, including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and functional coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to JPMC risk, controls, and compliance requirements, supporting the product management framework across functional partners.
  • Maintain visibility over product timelines and dependencies, resolving blockers and impediments, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to define best practices and drive efficiency improvements through post-release reviews.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including creating reporting and analytics on tool adoption and hosting production huddles to address issues.
  • Coordinate technology and budget planning processes for the managed accounts roadmap.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration across functions and LOBs.
  • Monitor program guidelines by clearly defining and tracking program updates.
  • Assist in planning pilots and rollouts of new capabilities, including communication, training, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Gather client and advisor insights to inform product roadmap and development, contributing to the product lifecycle.
  • Utilize user data, performance metrics, and industry trends to shape design and roadmap.
  • Foster strong relationships with delivery partners across Wealth Management and the Global Private Bank.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Prior experience in financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or investments
  • Prior experience in advisory services and/or tools
  • Experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Familiarity with agile methodology is preferred
