As an Quant Analytics Associate Senior, in our Connected Commerce Chase Dining Team, you will story tell, prepare insights, do analysis and data visualization, problem solve, and do knowledge sharing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives that enable informed decision-making, generate actionable insights and resonate with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and actionable insights, compelling visualizations in presentation form to convey findings to stakeholders.
  • Employ statistical and analytics techniques to collect, clean and prepare data to measure performance, forecast metrics, perform analyses, and extract and deliver insights.
  • Develop self-service, visually engaging dashboards allowing stakeholders to monitor performance and quickly answer a broad set of business questions.
  • Support the development and instrumentation of frameworks and processes to create efficient and scalable data solutions addressing complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases, define objectives, performance metrics, targets and develop solutions.
  • Foster open communication, actively engage with stakeholders, build strong relationships to ensure alignment, address concerns, and drive successful project outcomes, in order to enhance productivity and learning, document relevant knowledge, ensuring information is captured, organized, and accessible.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 4+ years relevant experience performing hands-on data analysis; Bachelors degree required
  • Proficient in SQL and Python and having the ability to write complex queries and optimize query performance.
  • Proficient in Tableau having the ability create engaging dashboards and visualizations.
  • Hands-on experience creating database tables and automating workflows.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to answer key business questions and identify opportunities by leveraging existing data assets or creating new ones.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced degree in an analytics related discipline preferred.
