As a Marketing Vice President on the Connect Wealth team, you will lead strategic marketing efforts to transform our investment platform, enhancing advisor engagement and client adoption. You will be pivotal in steering the success of our Connect Wealth Program, a top-priority initiative that aims to revolutionize managed accounts and client experiences.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an internal strategic marketing plan to boost advisor engagement with the new investment platform
- Collaborate with marketing groups to create a compelling client-facing narrative for diverse client personas
- Lead strategic marketing campaigns to drive measurable platform flows and commercial success
- Design and customize resources that articulate the value of Connect Wealth to advisors and clients
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels, regions, and channels
- Enhance digital channel utilization and campaign content impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- BA or BS degree
- 8 + years of marketing experience
- Knowledge of investments and managed accounts
- Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Strong writing and editorial skills for print and digital marketing
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build relationships and influence within a large, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience managing a team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Advanced degree in marketing or a related field
- Financial Services
- Experience in wealth management or investment platforms
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
