Job Summary:

As a Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Vice President in the Office of Fair Lending (OFL), you will play a pivotal role in executing JPMorgan Chase's fair lending compliance mission. Reporting to an OFL Executive Director, you will partner with Chase Lines of Business CCOR Compliance and other control functions to ensure adherence to fair lending regulations. Your responsibilities will include governance, monitoring, and reporting functions, as well as providing expert guidance on underwriting, pricing, and servicing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lines of Business (LOBs) with the completion and review of the annual Fair Lending Risk Assessment.
  • Review credit policies, operating procedures, product guides, and marketing materials for compliance with fair lending regulations such as ECOA and FHAct.
  • Develop and document comprehensive procedures to support compliance activities.
  • Provide fair lending guidance to LOBs through management meetings and product development discussions.
  • Prepare and execute annual monitoring plans and support fair lending data analysis.
  • Develop presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulators to communicate issues and recommendations.
  • Analyze JIRA reports to enhance the fair lending monitoring program.
  • Identify and address potential concerns and control issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Challenge the status quo with critical thinking and decision-making to propose creative solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in Fair Lending, Regulatory Compliance, audit, and/or Risk Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting and fair lending management processes.
  • Ability to develop relationships and partner with key stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral executive-level communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • CORE experience with an understanding of process risk and controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with AI/LLM Suite technology.
  • Proficiency in data analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Python.
